To register for the Missouri State Treasurer's Conference, please complete the form below no later than September 17, 2006. Once your registration form is complete, print the confirmation page and mail your registration fee to: Camellia Cosgray Truman School of Public Affairs re: State Treasurer's Conference Registration 137 Middlebush Hall University of Missouri Columbia, MO 65211 Registration (which includes handout materials, breakfast and lunch) is $125 before September 1, 2006. A $15 late fee will be added after that date Checks should be made payable to the University of Missouri. You should receive a letter confirming your registration two weeks after payment is received.
