Traffic Safety
The Institute of Public Policy uses quantitative analysis to assess the effectiveness of state policies in reducing fatalities and injuries sustained in vehicle crashes. Studies have examined child safety seat requirements, seat belt laws, speed limits and policies designed to deter drinking and driving using a variety of techniques, including survey analysis, regression analysis, logistic regression analysis, and cross-sectional time series regression analysis.Conference Papers
