Dr. Valentine is a Research Associate Professor at the Institute of Public Policy, Truman School of Public Affairs and is the project director for the Missouri Legislative Academy. Previously, he worked as a research analyst for the research division of the Missouri Senate and served as the director of the division for 16 years. Earlier, he taught Political Science at St. Louis University and at the University of Arkansas - Monticello.
