Dr. Jill Nicholson-Crotty
Ph.D. in Political Science, Dr. Jill Nicholson-Crotty is an Assistant Professor of Public Affairs in the Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2005. Jill’s research focuses on the management of public and nonprofit organizations and the interaction of these sectors in the implementation of public policy. She has focused this research in the areas of education, health, and criminal justice policy. Her current projects investigate the strategic decision by nonprofit organizations to undertake political activities, such as legislative and administrative lobbying. She has published work a variety of journals, including Public Administration Review and The Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory. |
